Andy is responsible for directing Election Media's overall vision and strategy. A media and client services pro with domestic and international political campaign experience, Andy has spent the last ten years building and running Enterprise Cable Networks, a full service political media company, as well as working at the intersection of politics, media and technology. His passion for Election Media is to combine the knowledge of client needs, voter behavior and online media opportunities into a top class political service.

Lisette Grabas

A 15+ year veteran of the media and agency world, Lisette leads the Election Media campaign team and is responsible for overall project management throughout the company. Lisette has launched and managed dozens of online campaigns, overseen the development of websites and landing pages, communications initiatives, and advertising projects. An operations and organization specialist, she joined Election Media from Nielsen Online, where she managed and optimized online marketing campaigns including direct buys, SEM and social media campaigns.

Len Hargon

Len brings 20 years of marketing, advertising and branding expertise to the team, complemented by a background in consumer profiling and analytics. At Election Media, Len oversees marketing and new business efforts and spearheads the development of the company's rapidly growing client base across the country. Len came to Election Media from Google, where he oversaw advertising and partnership activities for the company's not-for-profit partners.

Nancy Hagel

Nancy serves as an Account Manager at Election Media. In this position she develops integrated media plans across multiple channels. She also works closely with clients to measure and optimize the performance of internet advertising efforts throughout all campaigns. Prior to joining Election Media, Nancy worked for a number of New York media agencies, managing the planning and buying of offline and online campaigns across several national advertiser categories.

As Account Executive, Eddie works with clients and vendors to ensure the elements of a client's path to a successful online media campaign. He negotiates rates, tracks competitive and gains insight on who the best targets are, and how best to acquire and retain them.
